Mallit only collects the information we need to process your order, ship your piece, and stay in touch when you ask us to. We never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account & contact: email address, optional name.
• Order data: items, totals, shipping address, billing address, taxes/duties at the time of purchase.
• Newsletter / notify-me: email address only, with a one-click unsubscribe in every message.
• Operational data: error logs and product analytics in aggregate, used to keep the site running and improve the experience.

Payments

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are handled directly by Stripe — Mallit never sees or stores card numbers. Stripe shares back the order outcome, billing details, shipping address you entered, and a payment reference so we can fulfil and reconcile.

Transactional email

Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent from notify.mallit.store through our managed email infrastructure.

Storage in your browser

We use local storage and a small number of necessary cookies for cart contents, language, currency and the checkout handover with Stripe.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@mallit.store. Specific retention periods are reviewed.
