These terms govern the use of mallit.store and the purchase of products from us.

Use of the site

You may browse, save items, sign up for the newsletter, and place orders. You may not scrape, redistribute, or reuse any content without written permission (see Intellectual Property).

Products

We sell physical, curated objects in limited editions. Stock, materials, sizes and prices are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Slight variation is part of how each piece is made.

Checkout & payment

Payment is processed by Stripe through a hosted checkout. Your order is confirmed only after Stripe authorises the charge and we send a confirmation email.

Orders, fulfilment & cancellation

We ship after payment is confirmed. You can request changes or cancellation before the order is marked as shipped by writing to support@mallit.store. After shipping, the returns policy applies.

Returns & refunds

See the Returns & refunds page. Refunds are issued via the original Stripe charge.

Limitations

The site is provided as-is. Where the law allows, Mallit's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We do not exclude rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Intellectual property

All content (text, images, video, branding) is protected. See the Intellectual property page.

Prohibited use

No scraping, reselling, impersonation, abuse, or use of the site to break the law.
