Returns & refunds

We want every Mallit piece to arrive in the condition we shipped it. If something is wrong, write to support@mallit.store and we'll work it out with you.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Open and inspect your order on arrival. If the piece is damaged or defective, contact support@mallit.store with photos as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund depending on stock and the nature of the defect.
Wrong item received
We'll arrange the correct item or a refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind
Eligibility, return window and who pays for return shipping for change-of-mind returns are reviewed and depend on the product type and your country.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued via the original Stripe charge, back to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
Final-sale items
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces may be marked final sale on the product page. When marked, change-of-mind returns are not accepted; statutory rights for defective items still apply.
International returns
We do not currently promise free international return shipping. Specific terms are reviewed.
