We ship internationally. Specific zones, carriers, lead times and rates are confirmed at checkout.

Zones & rates

Available shipping options and final cost are calculated and shown in the secure checkout before you pay. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not currently shipping there.

Lead times

Most pieces are made-to-order or part of a limited edition, so production time may vary by product. Each product page indicates whether the piece is in stock or made-to-order.

Address collection

Your shipping address is collected by secure checkout and shared back with Mallit only to fulfil the order. Please double-check the address before paying.

Duties, taxes & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and broker fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & delivery

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking, when available. Delivery dates given by carriers are estimates; we do not guarantee a specific arrival date.

Lost or damaged in transit

Contact support@mallit.store within a reasonable timeframe and we will work with the carrier to resolve. Specific timeframes are reviewed.
